Background: Laser interstitial thermal therapy (LITT) is a minimally invasive surgical treatment being employed frequently for radiographically progressive brain metastases. Considerable interest exists in combining LITT-mediated in situ vaccination to license immune checkpoint blockade (ICB). Mu-opioid receptors (MORs) in the amygdala and striatum are important in addictive and rewarding behaviors. The transcription factor Foxp2 is a genetic marker of intercalated (ITC) cells in the amygdala and a subset of striatal medium spiny neurons (MSNs), both of which express MORs in wild-type mice and are neuronal subpopulations of potential relevance to alcohol-drinking behaviors. For the current series of studies, we characterized the behavior of mice with genetic deletion of the MOR gene Oprm1 in Foxp2-expressing neurons (Foxp2-Cre/Oprm1).

We report a measurement of exclusive J/ψ and ψ(2s) photoproduction in Au+Au ultraperipheral collisions at sqrt[s_{NN}]=200  GeV using the STAR detector. For the first time, (i) the ψ(2s) photoproduction in midrapidity at the Relativistic Heavy-Ion Collider has been experimentally measured; (ii) nuclear suppression factors are measured for both the coherent and incoherent J/ψ production. Background: Noninvasive follicular thyroid neoplasm with papillary-like features (NIFTP) was introduced in 2016 replacing noninvasive follicular variant of papillary thyroid carcinoma, with recommendations to label them "noncancer." To avoid reducing risk of malignancy (ROM) and overdiagnosing NIFTP as malignant, some authors required restricted cytologic criteria (RC) for a definitive diagnosis of papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC), including papillae, psammoma bodies. or ≥3 nuclear pseudoinclusions.
