The approach of numerical simulation of orthosilicic acid OSA polymerization and SiO nanoparticle formation in hydrothermal solution have been developed based on the model of the homogeneous stage of nucleation and the subsequent growth of particles. The influence of surface tension on the interface of SiO-water, the rate of molecular deposition, and Zeldovich factor Z were evaluated. Temperature dependence on time, pH, initial OSA concentration, and ionic strength are the main parameters that determine the kinetics of colloid phase formation, the final average size of SiO nanoparticles, and the particle size distribution and its polydispersity index.

Hundreds of genome-wide association studies (GWAS) of human traits are performed each year. The results of GWAS are often published in the form of summary statistics. Information from summary statistics can be used for multiple purposes - from fundamental research in biology and genetics to the search for potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets.

The technological mode of obtaining amorphous SiO nanopowders based on hydrothermal solutions is proposed in this study. Polycondensation of orthosilicic acid as well as ultrafiltration membrane separation, and cryochemical vacuum sublimation were used. The characteristics of nanopowders were determined by tunneling electron microscopy, low-temperature nitrogen adsorption, X-ray diffraction, and small-angle X-ray scattering.
