Background: Entry criteria included patients who developed sinusoidal obstruction syndrome (SOS) at a single centre from January 2000 to December 2011. Patients who underwent haemopoietic stem cell transplantation or actinomicyn-based chemotherapy for nephroblastoma were selected.
