Aim: The aim of the study was to compare and evaluate proximal contact tightness and contours using two newer contact-forming systems in Class II composite restorations.
Materials And Methods: After institutional ethical approval and Clinical Trials Registry-India registration, patients were chosen according to the inclusion-exclusion criteria with informed consent. A total of 60 patients were randomly assigned to two groups.
The knowledge, attitude, and practices (KAP) of mothers and frontline health workers (FLWs) regarding optimal Infant and Young Child Feeding (IYCF) are essential for mitigating undernutrition and associated morbidities among under-five children. The study assessed the KAP of mothers (of children aged 0-60 months) and FLWs regarding recommended IYCF practices, the association of mother's KAP with their demographic characteristics and children's nutritional outcomes, and the prevalence of stunting, wasting, and underweight among children aged 0-60 months in five high-focus districts of Assam. Data were collected from 389 mothers, 456 children, and 138 FLWs using a standard method.

The objective of the study was to determine the association of paraspinal muscle morphology with functional outcomes in patients undergoing spine surgery in degenerative spine diseases.
Research Question: Can the degree of paraspinal muscle atrophy be a reliable prognostic indicator of post-operative functional outcome in patients undergoing surgery for degenerative lumbar spine disease?
Materials And Methods: Forty-one patients with degenerative lumbar spine disease planned for surgery were included.
Metabolic disorders such as Type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) imposes a significant global health burden. Plant-derived exosome like nanoparticles (P-ELNs) have emerged as a promising therapeutic alternate for various diseases. Present data demonstrates that treatment with Ginger-derived exosome like nanoparticles (G-ELNs) enhance insulin dependent glucose uptake, downregulate gluconeogenesis and oxidative stress in insulin resistant HepG2 cells.
