Purpose: Outcomes for patients with advanced sarcomas are poor and there is a high unmet need to develop novel therapies. The purpose of this phase I study was to define the safety and efficacy of botensilimab (BOT), an Fc-enhanced anti-cytotoxic lymphocyte-association protein-4 antibody, plus balstilimab (BAL), an anti-PD-1 antibody, in advanced sarcomas.

Methods: BOT was administered intravenously (IV) at 1 mg/kg or 2 mg/kg once every 6 weeks in combination with BAL IV at 3 mg/kg once every 2 weeks for up to 2 years.

The oxomolybdenum complexes Mo1, Mo2 and Mo3, which share a common ONO donor ligand backbone but differ in their peripheral substituents, were explored to study their reactivity in organic transformations in water. The ligand backbones of Mo1 and Mo2 were covalently linked to a methyl group and a single hydrophobic -hexadecyl chain an ether linkage, respectively. The complex Mo3 was found to possess two -hexadecyl chains attached to the ligand backbone a common amine-N.

Bioinspired shape-morphing soft magnetic actuators have potential applications in medicine, robotics, and engineering due to their soft body, untethered control, and infinite degrees of freedom. The shape programming of the soft magnetic actuators (consisting of soft ferromagnetic CI particles in a soft matrix) is an involved task, as it requires a moulding process severely limiting the capability to program complex shapes. The current study explores a shape programming technique that architects the particle pattern configuration in the actuator, mimicking the pattern found in the mould-programmed actuator, thereby eliminating the need for a mould and providing a greater capability of programming complex shapes.

Wnt signaling is one of the key regulators of bone development and homeostasis. Wnt signaling regulates key biological events, including stem cell fate and osteoblast and osteoclast activity, leading to the maintenance of bone mass and strength. Wnt ligands are secreted glycoproteins that bind to Frizzled (FZD) receptors and their coreceptors, lipoprotein receptor-related proteins-5/6 (LRP5/6).

Complexation of Pd(II) with a designer unsymmetrical bis-monodentate ligand (2 : 4 ratio) yielded a specific PdL type "single-cavity discrete coordination cage" (SCDCC), from a pool of 4 isomeric structures. The observed selctivity is attributed to inherent orientational preference of the ligand strands around the metal centers. Crafting a short coordinating arm at either ends of the bis-monodentate ligand (i.
