Background: Drought stress is a significant global challenge that negatively impacts cotton fiber yield and quality. Although many drought-stress responsive genes have been identified in cotton species (Gossypium spp.), the diversity of drought response mechanisms across cotton species remains largely unexplored.

Despite its potential, a lack of large-scale prospective studies limits the widespread use of the Laennec approach for minimally invasive hepatectomy. This multicenter cohort study aimed to compare the outcomes of the traditional and Laennec approaches in minimally invasive anatomical hepatectomy across multiple centers in China.

In this study, we investigate the charging mechanism of conductive metal-organic framework (c-MOF) electrodes in ionic liquids, combining electrochemical quartz crystal microbalance and constant-potential molecular dynamics simulations. Both experimental and modeling results reveal a transition of the ion adsorption and desorption modes from anion dominance at low charging rates to ion-exchange governance at high charging rates, significantly reducing the contribution of anions to the capacitance.

Effective brain networks describe the causal relationships and information flow between brain regions. In constructing effective brain networks using Granger causality, the noise in the multivariate autoregressive model (MVAR) is typically assumed to follow a Gaussian distribution.

However, several diseases pose a significant threat to the health of yaks and cause substantial economic losses for herders. Therefore, studying the immune indicators and breeding of yaks has become an important task.
