: The presence of late gadolinium enhancement (LGE) on cardiac magnetic resonance (CMR) in patients with Fabry disease (FD) is a predictor of adverse cardiac events. The aim of this study was to establish the most reliable and reproducible technique for quantifying LGE in patients with FD. : Twenty FD patients with LGE who underwent CMR on the same scanner and LGE sequence were included.
