Given the crucial role of imaging in HCC diagnosis, LI-RADS CT/MRI was developed to standardize the imaging interpretation and reporting of HCC in patients at risk for HCC and categorize hepatic observations on an ordinal scale according to the likelihood of HCC. LI-RADS has since been expanded to include 5 algorithms: LI-RADS US Surveillance, contrast-enhanced US (CEUS) LI-RADS, LI-RADS CT/MRI, and LI-RADS Treatment Response Assessment. LI-RADS has been adopted broadly in North America, however with less ubiquitous adoption outside of North America.

Wandering liver (WL) is an exceptionally rare anatomical variant, scarcely described in the medical literature. This condition is characterized by hypermobility of the liver within the abdominal cavity, resulting from the weakening, laxity, or absence of the liver's suspensory ligaments. This case report describes a 28-year-old male patient with a history of Sashi-Pena syndrome who presented with chronic, nonspecific abdominal pain, in which cross-sectional imaging incidentally revealed WL.

This study aimed to evaluate the effect of nano-encapsulation of four essential amino acids (AA), threonine, methionine, tryptophan, and lysine on in vitro ruminal total gas, methane, carbon monoxide, and hydrogen sulfide production as well as the rumen fermentation profile in cattle. The highest (P < 0.001) rate and asymptotic gas production after 48 h of incubation was observed in the diets that had threonine, followed by lysine, methionine, and tryptophan.
