Background/aim: The study aimed to examine whether resistin is present in second trimester amniotic fluid from pregnancies with trisomy 18 and 13 and evaluate its concentration in comparison with euploid pregnancies.
Patients And Methods: The study included 37 women who underwent amniocentesis. Eleven fetuses had trisomy 18, 3 had trisomy 13, while 23 had a normal karyotype.
Objective: We examined the predictive ability of anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) for clinical pregnancy in women who underwent in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles in a short agonist protocol.
Design: This is a retrospective cohort study of 222 women undergoing their first IVF attempt between June 2010 and March 2016. Multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed to evaluate the independent associations between clinical pregnancy and its possible predictors.
Aim: Primary ovarian non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is a very rare disease. Median age at diagnosis is estimated at 42 years, something that leads to fertility preservation issues in many cases. This was a case report study, presenting a rare case of bilateral primary ovarian non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

The incidence of young women diagnosed with cancer has been globally increasing. In many cases the surgical approach followed by chemotherapy, radiotherapy or hormonal therapy could lead to infertility or premature ovarian failure. Several options are available in order to preserve fertility and increase the future gestation rate.
