Uterine rupture is one of the most serious complications of pregnancy, causing maternal and perinatal death. An increased risk of uterine rupture is associated with uterine scars caused by previous cesarean section, myomectomy, hysteroscopic procedures and ART treatment. We report a case of 35-year-old nulliparous woman with a twin pregnancy who experienced a spontaneous uterine rupture at 30 weeks' gestation.

Case Report: A 48-year-old multiparous woman was referred to us on March 2009 because of menometrorrhagia and uterine fibroids.
Results: The procedure was performed without intraoperative complications.
Purpose: We report the clinical characteristics and the principles of laparoscopic management of ureteral endometriosis at our institution.
Materials And Methods: We retrospectively reviewed the charts of patients with ureteral endometriosis.
Results: Preoperatively 97% of patients complained of pain but only a third had urinary symptoms.

Setting: Tertiary care referral center.
Partial mole is a form of gestational trophoblastic disease which occasionally progresses to the second trimester of pregnancy and may be associated with serious medical complications. We present a case report of a partial mole diagnosed in 18 weeks of gestation associated with severe fetal polymalformation sequence.
