Unlabelled: Most patients with Primary Pulmonary Hypertension (PPH) have severe exertional limitation which ultimately leads to right heart failure and death. The purpose of the study was to assess the correlation between right ventricular (RV) systolic and diastolic noninvasive variables and exercise tolerance, as well as the predictors of adverse outcome in treated patients.
Methods: We prospectively studied 29 patients, 17 with PPH and 12 with PPH due to collagen disease.

Social support has been identified as an important correlate of a variety of work outcomes. Support from different sources, including family, coworkers, and supervisors, was examined in 211 traffic enforcement agents (92 men, 119 women). Outcomes included subjective variables (burnout and job satisfaction) and an objective measure of productivity (number of summonses).

The efficacy of granisetron and ondansetron, two serotonin antagonists, as antiemetic agents was studied and compared in the first 24 h follow, by chemotherapy administration. Sixty cancer patients took part in this randomized prospective study. The patients were categorized according to the chemotherapy which was administered.
