A brief literacy-independent screening tool to detect cognitive impairment.

Objectives: The study aimed to develop and assess the performance of the Simplified Cognitive Assessment (SPCog), a cognitive assessment tool designed to detect mild cognitive impairment in the Indian population with minimal education.
