Purpose Of Review: Upper tract urothelial carcinoma (UTUC) is a rare malignancy posing significant diagnostic and management challenges. This review provides an overview of the evidence supporting various imaging modalities and offers insights into future innovations in UTUC imaging.
Recent Findings: With the growing use of advancements in computed tomography (CT) technologies for both staging and follow-up of UTUC patients, continuous innovations aim to enhance performance and minimize the risk of excessive exposure to ionizing radiation and iodinated contrast medium.
: Intra-amniotic infection (IAI) is a rare but serious condition with potential complications such as preterm labor and intrauterine fetal death. Diagnosing IAI is challenging due to varied clinical signs. Oxidative stress and mitochondrial dysfunction have been hypothesized to evolve around IAI.

Several possible causes for this phenomenon have been investigated, including biophysiological adaptation, epigenetic or genetic mechanisms or lifestyle changes. This is the first study to show the effect modification of altitude and parity on the birth weight length ratio (BWLR) in women resident in moderate altitudes compared to a low sea level.

We further discuss the use of PET/computed tomography (CT) and PET/MRI with different radiopharmaceuticals to characterize tumour biology for treatment guidance.
Recent Findings: Available evidence supports the benefits of PET/CT in BCa staging due to its higher accuracy in the detection of nodal metastases compared with CT alone.
