[The use of thrombocytic growth factors and collagen-containing substances in treatment of the chronic wounds of various etiology].

The technical aspects of wound biocoverage production from the platelets' enriched plasma is represented. The substance shows high regenerative potential by causing the activation of thrombocytic growth factors. The authors' experience of the treatment of 38 patients with chronic trophic ulcers of various etiology is analyzed.
