Objectives: The real-world French OMEGA study aimed to describe effectiveness and tolerability of mogamulizumab in adult patients with CTCL, overall and according to the disease (SS or MF).
Methods: In this retrospective study, patients treated with mogamulizumab for SS or MF were included from 14 French expert centres.
Background: Advanced-stage cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCLs) are rare, usually refractory, and fatal diseases. Case series have suggested that allogeneic haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) might improve the prognosis of advanced-stage CTCLs. Patients without psychiatric disorders can experience anxiety and depressive symptoms at a subclinical level, which could be risk factors for progression towards psychiatric disorders. Background: Benzamide-based radioligands targeting melanin were first developed for imaging melanoma and then for therapeutic purpose with targeted radionuclide therapy (TRT). [I]ICF01012 presents a highly favorable pharmacokinetics profile in vivo for therapy. Tumour growth reduction and increase survival have been established in preclinical models of melanoma.

Background: Acral pustular disease within the pustular psoriasis/psoriasis-like spectrum mainly includes palmoplantar pustulosis (PPP) and acrodermatitis continua of Hallopeau (ACH). Scarce data argue for a distinction between these two entities, but no study has compared the clinical and epidemiologic characteristics of ACH and PPP.
Objectives: We aimed to perform a comparative description of the epidemiological and clinical characteristics of PPP and ACH in a multicentre retrospective cohort.
Background: European guidelines propose a 0·5 mg kg per day dose of oral prednisone as initial treatment for bullous pemphigoid (BP). We assessed the safety and efficacy of this regimen depending on BP extent and general condition of the patients.
Methods: In a prospective international study, we consecutively included all patients diagnosed with BP.
Purpose: To assess the efficiency of targeted radionuclide therapy (TRT), alone or in combination with MEK inhibitors (MEKi), in melanomas harboring constitutive MAPK/ERK activation responsible for tumor radioresistance.
Methods: For TRT, we used a melanin radiotracer ([I]ICF01012) currently in phase 1 clinical trial (NCT03784625). TRT alone or combined with MEKi was evaluated in three-dimensional melanoma spheroid models of human BRAF SK-MEL-3, murine NRAS 1007, and WT B16F10 melanomas.

In line with the ongoing phase I trial (NCT03784625) dedicated to melanoma targeted radionuclide therapy (TRT), we explore the interplay between immune system and the melanin ligand [I]ICF01012 alone or combined with immunotherapy (immune checkpoint inhibitors, ICI) in preclinical models.
