Anti-Ku antibodies have been associated with overlap syndromes, which can present with symptoms such as Raynaud's phenomenon, arthritis, and myositis. Objective: Scleromyositis remains incompletely characterized owing in part to its heterogeneity. The purpose of this study was to explore the role of autoantibody profiles to define subsets of scleromyositis.
