Working with parents of children with complex mental health issues to improve care: A qualitative inquiry.

The study objective was to explore the experiences of parents of children (6-17 years) with complex mental healthcare needs in accessing healthcare services in Alberta, Canada. Parents were interviewed using a semi-structured guide with open-ended and probing questions. Interviews were audio recorded and transcribed verbatim.
