Puerarin Loaded PLGA Nanoparticles: Optimization Processes of Preparation and Anti-alcohol Intoxication Effects in Mice.

To improve the bioavailability of puerarin in liver, the optimized preparation method of puerarin-PLGA nanoparticles (Pue-PLGA-nps) and the effect of Pue-PLGA-nps on alcoholism mice were studied. The preparation of Pue-PLGA-nps was optimized by the Box-Behnken design and response surface methodology (RSM). To estimate the anti-alcoholism of Pue-PLGA-nps in vivo, drunkenness incubation period and sober time of mice were detected, and Morris water maze (MWM) test was performed.
