Objective: To explore the effect of hospital, community and home care model on the nursing effect and quality of life of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) undergoing transurethral resection.
Methods: As a prospective study, 89 patients with transurethral resection of BPH were randomly divided into two groups by different nursing methods: a research group and a control group. The control group (n=41) received regular nursing, and the research group (n=48) received hospital, community and home care intervention.
