Objective: To investigate clinical effect of probiotics combined with zinc and selenium preparation in the treatment of child rotavirus enteritis.
Methods: In this retrospective study, the patients were divided into two groups based on treatment method. The control group (n=42) received probiotic therapy, while the experimental group (n=43) received probiotics combined with zinc and selenium preparation.
