Objective: The fatty acid composition and content of different commercial dairy products were analyzed.

Methods: A total of 33 representative dairy products were purchased in the supermarket of Chongqing, which were divided into three types: pure milk, milk powder and yogurt. The composition and content of fatty acids were analyzed by gas chromatography.

Diethylstilbestrol (DES), a synthetic non-steroid estrogen, it has been prohibited from being added to animal feed for any purposes. Herein, an indirect competitive enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ic-ELISA) based on a specific monoclonal antibody (mAb) was developed for the rapid screening of DES. Primarily, conjugates of mono-O-3-carboxypropyl diethylstilbestrol with keyhole limpet hemocyanin were used to raise a specific mAb, 1B7, which had IC value for DES of 213.

Pumpkin seed oil (PSO), a rich source of nutrients, is extracted from the seeds of different pumpkin varieties for food and medicines. This article aims to provide an evidence-based review of the literature and to explore the extraction technologies, nutritional properties, and biological activity of PSO. From previous literature, PSO contains a large proportion of unsaturated fatty acids, with linoleic acid as the main component, and an amount of tocopherol, phytosterol, and phenolic acids.

Fine particulate matter (PM) chemical composition has strong and diverse impacts on the planetary environment, climate, and health. These effects are still not well understood due to limited surface observations and uncertainties in chemical model simulations. We developed a four-dimensional spatiotemporal deep forest (4D-STDF) model to estimate daily PM chemical composition at a spatial resolution of 1 km in China since 2000 by integrating measurements of PM species from a high-density observation network, satellite PM retrievals, atmospheric reanalyses, and model simulations.
