The dataset presents raw data on the egocentric (first-person view) and exocentric (third-person view) perspectives, including 47166 frame images. Egocentric and exocentric frame images are recorded from original iPhone videos simultaneously. The egocentric view captures the details of proximity hand gestures and attentiveness of the iPhone wearer, while the exocentric view captures the hand gestures in the top-down view of all participants.

Bacterial resistance caused by β-lactamases has been a major threat to public health around the world, seriously weakening the efficacy of β-lactam antibiotics, the most widely used therapeutic agents against infectious diseases. To detect the bacterial resistance to β-lactam antibiotics, particularly specific type of β-lactam antibiotics, in a rapid manner, we report herein a relay-response chemiluminescence assay. This assay mainly consists of two reagents: a β-lactam-caged thiophenol and a thiophenol-sensitive chemiluminescence reporter, both of which are synthetically feasible.

Here, we reported a case of illuminated microcatheter-assisted circumferential trabeculotomy (MAT) performed on an aniridic glaucoma patient following a previous failed angle surgery. The surgical procedures for aniridic glaucoma were also reviewed.

Methods: A convergent mixed-methods study was conducted. Patients (N=654) in eight hospitals in China completed a demographic and disease characteristics questionnaire and measures of epilepsy transition readiness, self-management of epilepsy, and perceived social support, and 17 patients and family care-givers were interviewed simultaneously.
By integrating QTL mapping, transcriptomics and metabolomics, 138 hub genes were identified in rapeseed root response to aluminum stress and mainly involved in metabolism of lipids, carbohydrates and secondary metabolites. Aluminum (Al) toxicity has become one of the important abiotic stress factors in areas with acid soil, which hinders the absorption of water and nutrients by roots, and consequently retards the growth of crops. A deeper understanding of the stress-response mechanism of Brassica napus may allow us to identify the tolerance gene(s) and use this information in breeding-resistant crop varieties.

Design: A mixed-methods sequential explanatory study was conducted, which was integrated at the design and methods levels. In phase 1, a questionnaire was developed for this study, and a family functioning assessment was administered from Nov 2021 to Apr 2022.
Background: The development of nursing students' ability to care for children is an important part of their nursing education. However, nursing students' understanding of children's experiences in healthcare is vague. The traditional lecture approach is not conducive to the cultivation of humanistic care competencies for hospitalized children.

E2F transcription factor 2 (E2F2) plays a critical role in cell proliferation, differentiation, and DNA damage response. Up to date, no study has ever connected E2F2 to vascular endothelial cell senescence.

In this paper, the algorithm of the deep convolutional neural network is used to conduct in-depth research and analysis of sports health big data, and an intelligent analysis system is designed for the practical process. A convolutional neural network is one of the most popular methods of deep learning today. The convolutional neural network has the feature of local perception, which allows a complete image to be divided into several small parts, by learning the characteristic features of each local part and then merging the local information at the high level to get the full representation information.

This study aimed to explore the clinical value of lnc-GAS5 in patients with AIS.
Methods: Plasma samples were collected from 120 patients with AIS at admission and 60 controls after enrollment, and lnc-GAS5 expression in the plasma of all participants was assessed by reverse transcription quantitative polymerase chain reaction.
Purpose: This study aimed to explore the relationship between family resilience, coping styles, and self-care among Chinese adolescents with epilepsy.
Design And Methods: A total of 1238 adolescents with epilepsy in nine tertiary hospitals in China participated in a cross-sectional survey conducted from May 2018 to March 2020. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the mediating effect.
Objective: To study the safety of apatinib combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma (GCA).
Methods: 74 patients with advanced GCA treated in the oncology department of Weifang People's Hospital (January 2019-January 2020) were enrolled in this study and equally split into study group (SG) and reference group (RG) according to the odd and even admission numbers. RG underwent chemotherapy alone, while SG received apatinib combined with chemotherapy.
Background: Tribenuron methyl (TBM) is an herbicide that inhibits sulfonylurea acetolactate synthase (ALS) and is one of the most widely used broad-leaved herbicides for crop production. However, soil residues or drifting of the herbicide spray might affect the germination and growth of rapeseed, Brassica napus, so it is imperative to understand the response mechanism of rape to TBM during germination. The aim of this study was to use transcriptome analysis to reveal the gene responses in herbicide-tolerant rapeseed to TBM stress during seed germination.

Methods: The study used a convenience sample of 1238 adolescent patients with epilepsy, who were hospitalized in 17 tertiary A-level children or maternal and child specialty hospitals in China between January 2017 and March 2020. Several scales were used to measure their degree of participation in healthcare behavior and the factors that influence it.
BACKGROUND Spinal cord injury (SCI) is a debilitating neuropathological condition that significantly affects the quality of life. The present study is basic research examining the underlying mechanisms of NEAT1 and miR-29a in regulating LPS-induced PC-12 cell injury. MATERIAL AND METHODS The model of cell injury was induced by the treatment of PC-12 cells with LPS.

Melatonin has a concentration‑dependent dual effect on osteoblast proliferation, in which higher concentrations can inhibit osteoblast proliferation and induce apoptosis; however, the underlying mechanism remains unclear. In the present study, flow cytometry was used to demonstrate that osteoblast cells treated with melatonin exhibited significantly increased early and late stage apoptotic rates as the concentration increased.

Methods: A total of 44 patients (71 vertebral fractures) with OVCF treated with robot-assisted PKP were divided into 4 groups, namely groups 1, 2, 3, and 4, according to the date of operation, with 11 cases in each group. Another 11 patients (18 vertebral fractures) treated with PKP without robot assistance were included in group 5.
Objective: Epilepsy is one of the most common childhood-onset neurological disorder characterized by both seizures and the related comorbidities. The preparatory phase in transition refers to a dynamic process of identifying and resolving health issues to ensure seamless continuing care from childhood to adulthood. This study identifies the health issues of the preparatory phase in transition from children to adulthood using the Omaha System.

Using the rodent models of hepatic ischemia reperfusion injury both in wild type and TLR4 knockout (TLR4 KO) mice, we found that remifentanil preconditioning could inhibit the expression of TLR4 and reduce the inflammatory response induced by HIRI in wild type but not in TLR4 KO mice.
