Aim: The purpose of this study was to: 1) examine the presence of racial diversity in simulation centers globally and 2) determine the opinion of the simulation community related to incorporation of a diversity component into international simulation standards.
Background: Leading organizations in nursing education recommend improved efforts toward diversity and inclusion. Research suggests a lack of diversity in simulation-based education.
Background: While use of simulation to improve teamwork skills has been established in a variety of clinical settings, it is unclear how teamwork skills of nursing students are developed using simulation.
Purpose: The purpose of this review was to synthesize literature on how simulation is used to teach teamwork skills to prelicensure nursing students.
Methods: The integrative review of the literature was conducted using the Whittemore and Knafl 5-stage methodology and the TeamSTEPPS framework.
Aim: This integrative review synthesized baccalaureate minority nursing students' perceptions of their clinical experiences.
Background: The diversity of the nursing workforce does not mirror the United States population. Attrition rates of minority nursing students remain higher than rates for White students.

The current job market for nurses is variable and although there remains a projected shortage of nurses for the future, availability of entry-level positions has changed. This mixed-methods pilot study describes the successful use of simulated role-play to prepare senior nursing students (N = 66) for competitive job markets. The simulation laboratory was set up as a human resource department.
