A cDNA-AFLP approach to study ochratoxin A production in Aspergillus carbonarius.

Aspergillus carbonarius is responsible for the majority of mycotoxin contaminations in grapes and its derivatives. Most of A. carbonarius strains are ochratoxin A (OTA) producers, even though at very different levels.
