There is an urgent need for effective treatments for coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19). Amiodarone, like hydroxychloroquine, exerts antiviral actions by interfering with endocytosis and viral replication. Here, to our knowledge, we report the first case of a patient affected by respiratory failure related to COVID-19 who recovered after only supportive measures and a short amiodarone course.

Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and the tolerability of viscosupplementation (VS) with hyaluronic acid (Hylan GF 20) in a cohort of 36 patients affected by hip osteoarthritis through a 18 months follow-up.

Methods: Viscosupplementation was performed with an anteriorsagittal approach, under ultrasound guidance. 36 patients were administered hyaluronic acid intraarticularly in the hip, with a unique injection of Hylan G-F20, which could be repeated after at least 3 months.

Objectives: Subclinical celiac disease (CD) has been associated with various neurological disorders, the most common being neuropathy and cerebellar ataxia. The aims of the present study were to assess the following: 1) the prevalence of CD in patients affected by migraine; 2) whether there are regional cerebral blood flow abnormalities in migraine patients with CD compared to migraine patients without CD; and 3) the effects of a gluten free diet in migraine patients with CD.

Methods: A total of 90 patients affected by idiopathic migraine were enrolled, and 236 blood donors were used as controls.
