We investigated the effects of receiving mAbs (bamlanivimab alone and bamlanivimab and etesevimab together) after SARS-CoV-2 infection on the endogenous immune response.
Methods: Longitudinal serum samples were collected from patients with mild or moderate COVID-19 in the BLAZE-1 trial who received placebo (n=153), bamlanivimab alone [700 mg (n=100), 2800 mg (n=106), or 7000 mg (n=98)], or bamlanivimab (2800 mg) and etesevimab (2800 mg) together (n=111).

While the imaging features at presentation have been reported, we present sequential computed tomography (CT) scans of a 3-year-old boy with pulmonary LCH, revealing the evolution and regression of the disease. Sequential CT scans during treatment demonstrated variable evolution of pulmonary cysts, including changes in size, thinning of walls, and a pattern of collapse into irregular nodules and involution.

Newly synthesized tau is truncated and released from human neurons in 3 days. Evolutionary and genetic knowledge is increasingly being valued in conservation theory, but is rarely considered in conservation planning and policy. Here, we integrate phylogenetic diversity (PD) with spatial reserve prioritization to evaluate how well the existing reserve system in Victoria, Australia captures the evolutionary lineages of eucalypts, which dominate forest canopies across the state. Forty-three per cent of remaining native woody vegetation in Victoria is located in protected areas (mostly national parks) representing 48% of the extant PD found in the state.
