This retrospective study evaluated Bictegravir/FTC/TAF in 24 PWHIV, 5 naive and 19 pretreated. After a median follow-up of 37.5 months, all PWHIV-2 had a plasma viral load < 40 copies/mL.

Hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg) was also recommended as an alternative when HBV DNA is unavailable. To inform policymaking and guide the implementation of prevention of mother-to-child transmission strategies, we conducted a systematic review and meta-analysis to estimate the proportion of HBV-infected pregnant women eligible for PAP at global and regional levels.

Methods: All consecutive patients with a polymerase chain reaction (PCR)-confirmed monkeypox infection seen in a French referral centre were included.
To evaluate factors affecting corneal endothelial cell density (ECD) under enucleation and preservation time studies at Eye Bank of the Federal District of Brazil. We conducted a case-control study collecting data from 1128 corneas where death-to-enucleation time and enucleation-to-preservation time were within 24 h. Low cell count were those corneas with an ECD less than 2000 cells/mm and high cell count was defined as those with ECD greater than 2000 cells/mm.

Design: Case series study from August 2005 to May 2006.
Setting: Medical intensive care unit, South Reunion Hospital.
Aims: To study if the course of cerulein-induced pancreatitis in rats changes in a state of triglyceride-rich lipoprotein metabolism alteration.
Methods: Two groups of rats received control diet during a 90-day period (A) and sucrose-rich diet to induce endogenous hypertriglyceridemia (B). Subgroups A2 and B2 received i.
Objective: To investigate the possible impact of apolipoprotein E (APOE) polymorphism on reproductive efficiency.
Design: Population study.
Setting: University Departments and a Laboratory of National Research Council.
We explored the spatial distribution of human Y chromosomal diversity on a microgeographic scale, by typing 30 population samples from closely spaced locations in Italy and Greece for 9 haplogroups and their internal microsatellite variation. We confirm a significant difference in the composition of the Y chromosomal gene pools of the two countries. However, within each country, heterogeneity is not organized along the lines of clinal variation deduced from studies on larger spatial scales.

RESULTS: a significant decrease in glycemic levels was only achieved through fasting (F: 86 +/- 5.1 mg %), when compared with controls (Co: 107 +/- 5 mg %).

The object of the present work was to study the relationship between acute pancreatitis (PA) and hyperlipidic diets. PA was induced by Caerulein (CE) by a single intraperitoneal doses (50 mcg/kg), after feeding the rats during 6 weeks with an hyperlipidic diet (45%). Rats with a normolipidic diet (lipids 5%) were used as control.

Swiss mice were fed conventional lab chow and 10% ethanol or water as drinking fluid for 2 weeks. Pancreatic juice was obtained by cannulation of the bile pancreatic common duct of mice anesthetized with urethane. Isolated pancreatic lobules were also obtained.

Even with GJD, ethanol elicited a slight increase in BPS. These changes were greater in AF animals even when performed without GJD.
