Non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) of the oral cavity can present with pain, swelling and radiolucent lesion mimicking endodontic diseases. This article reports on a case of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma initially diagnosed and treated as periodontal disease and then endodontic disease in the maxillary anterior and premolar area of a 40-year old female. A cone beam computed tomography (CBCT) image of the lesion was taken.
