Methods: We analyzed baseline patient-reported data including PROMs and surgical interventions for patients with AAFD reported to the Swedish Quality Register for Foot and Ankle Surgery (Swefoot) 2014-2021.
Results: 625 feet with primary AAFD surgery were registered.
Arsenic speciation was followed monthly along the spring productivity period (January-June 2021) in the Petit Lac (76 m deep) and in April and June 2021 in the Grand Lac (309.7 m deep) of Lake Geneva (Switzerland/France). Lake Geneva is presently an oligo-mesotrophic lake, and As-unpolluted.

From other languages under validation, the Spanish and Estonian versions completed data acquisition and underwent further validation.
Methods: The EFAS Score was developed and validated in three stages: 1) item (question) identification (completed during the initial validation study), 2) item reduction and scale exploration (completed during the initial validation study), 3) confirmatory analyses and responsiveness of the Spanish and Estonian versions (completed during the initial validation study in seven other languages).
Background And Purpose: The EQ-5D is a patientreported outcome measure (PROM). To make priorities and allocate resources between patients and surgical procedures it is necessary to evaluate outcome differences, which is why comparing PROMs between registers is important. In addition, the association between the self-reported foot and ankle score (SEFAS), patient-reported function, and disease-specific factors was studied.
Methods: Physician-reported data (swollen/tender 12-joint foot count, DAS28, and medication) and patient-reported data (foot/ankle pain, physical function, global health, and SEFAS) were assessed during a clinical visit.
A radical approach to late-stage functionalization using photoredox and Diversinate chemistry on the Open Source Malaria (OSM) triazolopyrazine scaffold (Series 4) resulted in the synthesis of 12 new analogues, which were characterized by NMR, UV, and MS data analysis. The structures of four triazolopyrazines were confirmed by X-ray crystal structure analysis. Several minor and unexpected side products were generated during these studies, including two resulting from a possible disproportionation reaction.

Objective: The study aim was to cross-culturally adapt the Self-reported Foot and Ankle Score (SEFAS) into Spanish and French-language versions, to validate them and to evaluate their psychometric properties.
Methods: The cross-cultural translation from the original SEFAS into French and Spanish was performed in accordance with the guidelines of the ISPOR. The participants were recruited from some private healthcare institutions in France and Sapin, from June to August 2019.

Background: Insertable cardiac monitors (ICM) allow prolonged rhythm monitoring, but the diagnostic performance can be hampered by false positive arrhythmia alerts related to inadequate R-wave sensing. This study assesses the prevalence and predictors of inadequate R-wave sensing (both over- and undersensing) among different ICM types.
Methods: Patients implanted with an ICM at Ghent University Hospital between January 2017 and August 2018 were included.
The reaction of papaverine with a series of Baran Diversinates is reported. Although the yields were low, it was possible to synthesize a small biodiscovery library using this plant alkaloid as a scaffold for late-stage C-H functionalization. Ten papaverine analogues (-), including seven new compounds, were synthesized.
