Objective: To analyze the results of the preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy at the Instituto de Fertilidad Humana - Inser Bogotá, Colombia, from 2016 to 2020.

Methods: This study is an observational, retrospective, and correlative analysis of biopsies from 319 embryos (from 54 patients) submitted to preimplantation genetic testing for aneuploidy by different molecular techniques.

Results: Of the 54 patients included in the study, 42 provided their own oocytes, and 12 used donated oocytes.

Objectives: In a patient with symptoms of pulmonary embolism (PE), the presence of an elevated pulse, respiratory rate, shock index, or decreased pulse oximetry increases pretest probability of PE. The objective of this study was to evaluate if normalization of an initially abnormal vital sign can be used as evidence to lower the suspicion for PE.
