The connection between the immune response and the composition of gut microbiota has been associated with an increased prevalence of atopic dermatitis in the first year of life. The study aimed to investigate gut microbiota characteristics in infants with atopic dermatitis compared to healthy infants to better understand the link between early-life microbiota composition and the development of atopic dermatitis. The study analyzed the intestinal microbiota of 121 infants with clinical signs of atopic dermatitis, divided into Group I (infants with atopic dermatitis) and Group II (healthy controls).

While COVID-19 is primarily recognized for its respiratory impact, it may also affect other organs, including the brain. One notable aspect of COVID-19 is its association with coagulopathy, an abnormal condition of blood clotting.

Although the exact methods underlying kidney-GM crosstalk are not fully understood, interventions targeting GM were made and lay in three aspects: diagnostic, predictive, and therapeutic interventions. While these interventions show promising results in reducing uremic toxins and inflammation, challenges remain in the form of patient-specific GM variability, potential side effects, and safety concerns.

The gut microbiome undergoes major changes during this period due to shifts in diet and environment. Disruptions to the microbiota early in life can have lasting health effects, including increased risks of inflammatory disorders, autoimmune diseases, neurological disorders, and obesity.

We reviewed the current literature on five primary non-pharmacological interventions: acupuncture, cognitive behavioral therapy, relaxation techniques, virtual reality, and alternative methods such as transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation, music therapy, and aromatherapy. We analyzed the evidence regarding their effectiveness, feasibility, and optimal implementation strategies.

The connection between ARTI and vitamin D (VD) is currently debated by the medical community, and so far, there has been little agreement with regard to the ideal level of 25(OH)D concentration that would provide protection for the respiratory tract, or the effectiveness of its administration in the treatment of respiratory infections. The purpose of this literature review was to bring attention to the immunomodulatory and antiviral function of vitamin D and its relation to the respiratory system by examining the main ARTIs, including SARS-CoV-2.

The start of the disease is often before the baby is 6 months old, with rare cases of onset between 6 months and 1 year. It is characterized by low or absent insulin levels in the blood, leading to severe hyperglycemia in the patient, which requires temporary insulin therapy in around 50% of cases or permanent insulin therapy in other cases.

Fever, rash, conjunctival hyperemia, and gastrointestinal problems are all clinical manifestations of multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children. This condition, in some cases, causes multisystem involvement, affecting multiple organ systems and necessitating admission to a pediatric intensive care unit.

All data was collected using PubMed, Google Scholar, Web of Science, and Science Direct. The present descriptive study outlines the advantages of tango in the rehabilitation of Parkinson's disease's motor and non-motor symptoms.

However, cases of SARS-CoV-2 infection have been reported in children, showing a systemic echo and severe damage. Multisystem inflammatory syndrome in children (MIS-C) can occur, on average, 4 weeks after the infection of a child with SARS-CoV-2.

This disease is associated with high mortality rates and mainly affects the pulmonary spectrum, with signs of interstitial pneumonia or other pathological modifications. Signs indicative of SARS-CoV-2 infection can be observed using pulmonary radiography or computed tomography scans and are closely linked to acute respiratory distress; however, there is accumulating evidence that the virus affects the central nervous system.

Characteristically, CLIPPERS represents a combination of clinical symptoms related to the pathology of the brainstem in particular and has a characteristic appearance on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), with punctate and curvilinear gadolinium enhancement 'peppering' the pons. The lesions can be viewed via neuroimaging with a predominance in the pons and adjacent rhombencephalic structures, such as the cerebellar peduncles, cerebellum, medulla, and middle brain.
