Background: Nurses' health status significantly impacts their well-being and patient safety. Workflow interruptions, perceived workload, and missed nursing may potentially affect their physical and mental health. However, there is currently a lack of systematic studies on the relationships between these factors.

Methods: A keyword search was performed in seven databases, Web of Science, PubMed, Embase, Cochrane Library, CINAHL, Scopus, and Void, to search for eligible studies published from the time of library construction up to February 1, 2024, to examine the factors influencing the participation of dementia patients in advance care planning and its effects. The quality of the included studies was evaluated using the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS) and the assessment criteria of the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ).
Background: Patients receiving renal dialysis often experience a wide range of symptoms. These symptoms contribute to a significant symptom burden that significantly affects patients' quality of life and serves as a significant predictor of healthcare resource utilization and patient prognosis. It is necessary to synthesize existing evidence to draw reliable conclusions to deepen the understanding of symptom burden.

KIAA1429 serves as a scaffold in bridging the catalytic core components of the m6A methyltransferase complex. The role of KIAA1429 in gastric cancer and its related mechanism has not been reported upon.

TRPV1 is regulated by a variety of enzymes; however, it is currently unclear whether the regulation of TRPV1 phosphorylation may serve a role in the increase in TRPV1 expression during fever. In the present study, using an in vivo experimental method, rat brain ventricles were injected with the protein kinase A (PKA) antagonist, H89, and the protein kinase C (PKC) antagonist, calphostin C, and fever was induced using lipopolysaccharide (LPS) in order to detect the expression of TRPV1 and phosphorylated (p‑)TRPV1, the intracellular Ca2+ concentration [(Ca2+)i] of hypothalami and rat body temperature.
