Background: The phase III PRIMA/ENGOT-OV26/GOG-3012 trial met its primary endpoint. Niraparib first-line maintenance significantly prolonged progression-free survival (PFS) among patients with newly diagnosed advanced ovarian cancer that responded to first-line platinum-based chemotherapy, regardless of homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) status. Final overall survival (OS) results are reported.

Methods: Participants with PROC who received 1-2 previous lines of therapy were treated with niraparib (200 or 300 mg once daily), dostarlimab (500 mg once every 3 weeks for four 21-day cycles, followed by 1,000 mg once every 6 weeks), and bevacizumab (15 mg/kg once every 3 weeks).
Objective: To assess patient-reported health-related quality of life (HRQoL) in patients with ovarian cancer (OC) who received niraparib as first-line maintenance therapy.
Methods: PRIMA/ENGOT-OV26/GOG-3012 (NCT02655016) enrolled patients with newly diagnosed advanced OC who responded to first-line platinum-based chemotherapy. Patients were randomized (2:1) to niraparib or placebo once daily in 28-day cycles until disease progression, intolerable toxicity, or death.
We report high-precision measurements of the deeply virtual Compton scattering (DVCS) cross section at high values of the Bjorken variable x_{B}. DVCS is sensitive to the generalized parton distributions of the nucleon, which provide a three-dimensional description of its internal constituents. Using the exact analytic expression of the DVCS cross section for all possible polarization states of the initial and final electron and nucleon, and final state photon, we present the first experimental extraction of all four helicity-conserving Compton form factors (CFFs) of the nucleon as a function of x_{B}, while systematically including helicity flip amplitudes.

Combined with existing data, these provide an improved extraction of the proton magnetic form factor at high Q^{2} and double the range over which a longitudinal or transverse separation of the cross section can be performed.

If this is true, then hyperon-nucleon interactions will play a significant part in the neutron star equation of state. Yet, compared to other elastic scattering processes, there is very little data on Λ-N scattering.

Study Design: Systematic review.
Methods: Google Scholar and Pubmed databases were searched for studies evaluating postoperative CCLD rehabilitation interventions from 1990 until March 2020 per the international Prospective Register of Systematic Reviews (PROSPERO).
Introduction: Growing interest surrounds the concept of en bloc transurethral resection of bladder tumors (ERBT). Theoretical advantages include improved adherence to oncological principles and potential yield of superior pathological specimens. Multiple ERBT methods exist.

The journal will continue to evolve in 2022 and beyond, with five new IAB members and the move from the use of page numbers to eLocators as the first changes of the new year.

With the announcement of our redefined IAB in this Editorial, the new governance structure of Angewandte Chemie is completed.

Starting today with the inaugural ten Advisory Editors of the journal and our new Author Profiles "Introducing…", and continuing over the next several months, we are pleased to share our achievements so far and our plans for the future.

Hyperactivation of this protein by human coronaviruses SARS-CoV, MERS-CoV and SARS-CoV-2 has been found to contribute to aberrant complement activation in patients, leading to aggravated lung injury with potentially fatal consequences. This hyperactivation is triggered in the lungs through a conserved, direct interaction between MASP-2 and coronavirus nucleocapsid (N) proteins.

Whilst organ-preserving penile cancer surgery has evolved, aiming to preserve genital function, reduce psychological morbidity of radical penectomy, and maximise patient quality of life, few studies have evaluated patients' final perceptions.
Methods: Following ethical approval, patients post partial/radical glansectomy with reconstruction 2016-2019, under a single surgeon, were identified.
The silver anniversary of Chemistry-A European Journal is a great reason to celebrate and a good opportunity for reflection. This Editorial looks back at the history of the journal through the eyes of the Editorials written by a variety of the key players and stakeholders.

This is fitting both given that this year has been designated the International Year of the Periodic Table of Chemical Elements and that an essential element of science is cooperation and collaboration. This year's conference is cohosted by the German Chemical Society (GDCh), the Dutch Chemical Society (KNCV), and the Belgian Chemical Society (KVCV).
