Prostate tumor patient data analysis revealed a negative correlation between RNF185 expression and prostate cancer progression and metastasis. The goal of this study was to evaluate changes in the tumor immune microenvironment during the course of EBUS-TBNI cisplatin therapy.
Methods: Under an IRB approved protocol, patients with recurrence after radiation therapy who were not receiving other cytotoxic therapy, were prospectively enrolled, and underwent weekly treatments with EBUS-TBNI with additional biopsies obtained for research.
Purpose: The aim was to increase cardiac rehabilitation (CR) uptake using a novel intervention, Rehabilitation Support Via Postcard (RSVP), among patients with acute myocardial infarction discharged from two major hospitals in Hunter New England Local Health District (HNELHD), New South Wales, Australia.
Methods: The RSVP trial was evaluated using a two-armed randomised controlled trial design. Participants (N=430) were recruited from the two main hospitals in HNELHD, and enrolled and randomised to either the intervention (n=216) or control (n=214) group over a six-month period.

Given that BPD is associated with poorer cognitive outcomes, it is unclear whether the increased risk of BPD with DHA supplementation is associated with decreased benefit to IQ.
Objective: To investigate whether the increased risk of BPD with DHA supplementation was associated with diminished IQ benefit.
Purpose: The health of parents prior to conception, a woman's health during pregnancy and the infant's environment across their first months and years collectively have profound effects on the child's health across the lifespan. Since there are very few cohort studies in early pregnancy, gaps remain in our understanding of the mechanisms underpinning these relationships, and how health may be optimised. 'BABY1000', a pilot prospective longitudinal birth cohort study, aims to (1) identify factors before and during pregnancy and early life that impact longer-term health and (2) assess the feasibility and acceptability of study design to inform future research.

Background: Nutrition in pregnancy is pivotal to optimizing infant growth and maternal well-being. The factors affecting Indigenous people's food and nutrition intake are complex with a history of colonization impacting the disproportionate effect of social determinants to this day. Literature regarding the dietary intake or dietary priorities of Indigenous women in Australia is scarce, with supportive, culturally appropriate resources developed for and with this group rare.
