Introduction: Eustachian tube dysfunction, ubiquitous in patients with cleft palate, is a known risk factor for failure of tympanic membrane (TM) repair. Age may also influence the success rate. We describe a cohort of patients with cleft palate who underwent TM repair at a tertiary academic medical center.
