Sagittally split fracture of trapezium associated with subluxated carpo-metacarpal joint of thumb.

Trapezial fractures are uncommon, and require careful clinical and radiological assessment and treatment. Poor or inadequate treatment of displaced fractures of trapezium can lead to long-term morbidity. We report two displaced fractures of the trapezium.
