Introduction: Congenital pulmonary airway malformations (CPAM), intra- and extralobar bronchopulmonary sequestrations (iBPS/eBPS), CPAM-BPS hybrid lesions (HL), congenital lobar emphysema (CLE), bronchial atresia (BA), and foregut duplication cysts (FDC), collectively referred to as congenital thoracic lesions (CTL), are mostly solitary.
