[Mucinous adenocarcinoma of the ovary in pregnancy].

A clinical case of ovarian adenocarcinoma during pregnancy is reported. The diagnostic and therapeutic problems which may be encountered, are illustrated. The data found in the literature concerning ovarian carcinoma in pregnancy are not so many.
