Background: Lentigo maligna (LM) is a melanoma subtype that occurs on sun-damaged skin in the elderly. Dermal invasive melanoma developing from LM is called LM melanoma (LMM) and has the same prognosis as other melanoma subtypes. The standard treatment for LM is surgery, which offers the lowest risk of recurrence.

A thorough knowledge of non-surgical procedures (laser, peelings, injections, threads) and surgical procedures (combined surgeries and skin grafts), including contraindications and potential risks and side effects, (e.g. infection, hypopigmentation, hyperpigmentation, and scarring) is essential to be able to reduce their incidence and ensure the patient receives the most benefit from the procedure.

Objective: To assess the impact of scars on quality of life (QoL).
Material And Methods: Data about sociodemography, presence, origin, and symptoms of scars were collected using an Internet survey between April and May 2020.
Introduction: Recent expert recommendations suggest mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) as a third-line therapy, in severe corticosteroid-dependent or corticosteroid-resistant nail lichen planus (NLP). However, there is currently no literature to support MMF use in this indication. This is a retrospective monocentric French case series of 5 patients with severe corticodependant or corticoresistant NLP treated by oral MMF (2-3 g/day), between 2013 and 2021.

Methods: This multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group phase III trial in patients with SSc-RP assessed the effect of 50-unit BTA or placebo injections into the palms of both hands around each neurovascular bundle during 1 session in winter. The primary end point was the between-group difference in the median change in the number of RP episodes from baseline (day 0) to 4 weeks postinjection.
Background: Lentigo maligna (LM) can develop into lentigo maligna melanoma (LMM) with risk of metastatic dissemination. LMM may be underestimated on the basis of the initial biopsy. The invasion may affect both the therapeutic options and the prognosis.

Background: Treatment of rhinophyma consists primarily of destructive procedures. There is currently no consensus regarding treatment. In this study, we propose an algorithm based on a cohort of 25 patients and a literature review.

Background: Collagen stimulators such as Ellansé® are soft tissue fillers able to induce nucleogenesis. We describe a case of eruptive foreign body granulomas following injection of Ellansé® that were successfully treated using methotrexate.
Case Report: A 47-year-old woman received injections of Ellansé® for the wrinkled aspect of her cheeks.
Introduction: Since surgery is the first-line treatment for basal cell carcinomas (BCC), the histological aggressiveness of the disease must be clinically predicted in order to apply optimal safety margins that ensure a high rate of complete resection while minimising the risk of recurrence.
Objectives: To evaluate clinical predictive factors of histological aggressiveness of BCC, we conducted a national prospective multi-centre study.
Methods: All consecutive patients presenting for BCC surgery were included, and standardised clinical data collected, and slides were submitted for review.

Background: Granulomatous foreign body reactions (GFBR) have been reported after injection with almost every soft tissue fillers, more commonly with non-biodegradable ones. Such granulomatosis is rare but can cause significant discomfort owing to their aesthetic and functional repercussions.
Objective: To determine whether immunomodulation with low doses of methotrexate is effective in the treatment of GFBR to filler material.
