Ocular trauma can result in macular hole and it can lead to complete loss of central vision. We are reporting a case of traumatic macular hole associated with retinal hemorrhages and choroidal ruptures with spontaneous resolution and total vision recovery.

Methods: We reviewed 23 eyes, comparing control simple glaucoma patients (n = 11) to uveitic glaucoma patients (n = 12). Intraocular pressure (IOP) and glaucoma medications at the preoperative examination were compared with those at the 6-month and 10-14-month postoperative examination.
Purpose: To determine whether classical indocyanine green angiography lesions in patients with birdshot chorioretinitis can be used to monitor disease activity.
Methods: A retrospective case series was performed on 26 eyes in 26 consecutive patients with birdshot chorioretinitis who had at least one indocyanine green angiography performed during disease activity and another during disease quiescence. Using Photoshop, the mean number, area, and area per spot on indocyanine green angiography were compared between disease activity and quiescence using a paired ratio test.
Birdshot retinochoroidopathy (BSRC) is a distinct type of posterior uveitis originally described in the 1940s. Its characteristics include minimal anterior segment inflammation and diffuse posterior choroidopathy with vitritis and retinal vasculitis. The precise etiology of this disease is yet to be elucidated.

Methods: Review of 187 consecutive Retisert implants. Outcomes of multiple implantation and spontaneous medication pellet-strut dissociation were evaluated.
To describe how a multifocal fundus imaging system assisted the early diagnosis of cat scratch neuroretinitis in a case of a 27-year-old male with unilateral visual loss, neuroretinitis, and a peripapillary angiomatous lesion. Multimodal fundus imaging analysis was an essential contributor to the clinical diagnosis of cat scratch neuroretinitis during the early stage of the disease.

The disease accounts for almost 10% of preventable blindness in the US and can be idiopathic or associated with infectious and systemic disorders. Strong evidence is still emerging to indicate that pharmacologic strategies presently used in rheumatologic or autoimmune disease may be translated to the treatment of intraocular inflammation.

It is reported to comprise approximately 10% of preventable blindness in the USA. The cause of uveitis can be idiopathic or associated with infectious and systemic disorders.

Often, uveitis in children is discovered as part of a routine eye exam; this silent, insidious inflammation can be difficult to treat and can lead to further complications if not handled skillfully. Corticosteroids have long been the mainstay of therapy; however, the significant associated side effects mandate a corticosteroid-sparing therapeutic regimen in pursuit of remission.

However, patients may experience adverse effects involving the anterior segment of the eye following intravenous infusion. This paper reports a rare case of uveitis involving the vitreous cavity following the intravenous administration of zoledronic acid.

Findings: A 51-year-old male presented with bilateral nongranulomatous anterior uveitis associated with an isolated syphilitic chancre of the tongue that was successfully treated with parenteral benzathine penicillin.
Conclusion: Syphilis has the potential to lead to any type of intraocular inflammation.
