Objectives: Persistent stapedial artery (PSA) is a rare congenital anomaly that can complicate middle ear surgery.
Methods: We present the case of a 25-year-old male who underwent right-sided cochlear implantation. A PSA was encountered lying over the middle promontory intraoperatively.
Introduction: Primary squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the tympanic membrane is exceptionally rare. We describe the history, investigation and management of this disease.
Presentation Of Case: A 68-year-old woman presented with a three month history of intermittent otorrhoea and external ear canal (EAC) pruritus.
