We provide a detailed analysis of the photophysics in these two regimes using a rate equation approach and propose modeling considerations for them as well. In the experimental spectra, distinct rotational transitions up to J″ = 83 are observed, allowing analysis over a very large range of rotational states.

We examined treatment fidelity for students ( = 775) in classes randomly assigned to receive an evidence-based content area reading program called Promoting Adolescents' Comprehension of Text. The current study focuses on conducting measurements of naphthalene quenching and absorption cross section in a temperature- and pressure-regulated test cell with 266 nm laser excitation. The test-cell measurements were of the naphthalene-fluorescence lifetime and integrated fluorescence signal over the temperature range of 100 to 525 K and pressure range of 1 to 40 kPa in air.
