Background: Migrants have complex health needs but face multiple barriers to accessing health care. In France, permanent healthcare access offices (PASSs), as specific primary health care facilities (SPHCs), provide care to people without health insurance coverage. Once these patients obtain health insurance, they are referred to common ambulatory general practice.

Severe haemorrhages leading to a diagnosis of rare bleeding disorder occur at a very young age: A study from the FranceCoag network.

Introduction: In the context of severe unexplained haemorrhage (SH), it is usual to seek haematological evaluation and investigate for an inherited rare bleeding disorder (IRBD). In such circumstances, appropriate screen can discriminate between IRBD and suspected child abuse. Yet, little information is available about the frequency of SH in the population of patients with IRBD.

Occupational integration of adults with severe haemophilia (INTHEMO): A study based on the FranceCoag registry.

Introduction: Health of people with severe haemophilia (PwSH) improves thanks to the advancements in haemophilia care, giving them more opportunities in occupational integration. However, there is little literature on the occupational integration of PwSH.

Objectives: The main objective of our study was to assess the occupational integration of PwSH and to compare it with that of the general population.

In continuation to our previous findings on amidoximes' antiparasitic activities, a new series of 23 original derivatives was designed and obtained by convergent synthesis. First, new terminal alkenes were synthesized by cross-coupling reaction. Then, cyclization was performed between terminal alkenes and β-ketosulfones using manganese(III) acetate reactivity.

Cross-Coupling Synthesis of Methylallyl Alkenes: Scope Extension and Mechanistic Study.

Cross-coupling reactions between 2-methyl-2-propen-1-ol and various boronic acids are used to obtain aromatic-(2-methylallyl) derivatives. However, deboronation or isomerization side reactions may occur for several boronic acids. We describe herein the synthesis of original alkenes with good yields under mild reaction conditions that decrease these side reactions.

New series of monoamidoxime derivatives displaying versatile antiparasitic activity.

Following the promising antileishmanial results previously obtained in monoamidoxime series, a new series of derivatives was synthesized using manganese(III) acetate, Wittig reactions and Suzuki-Miyaura cross coupling reactions. Manganese(III) acetate-mediated oxidative cyclization of a-methylstyrene and trans-stilbene with b-ketosulfones.

A convenient microwave irradiation protocol was utilized for the synthesis of b-ketosulfones 1-5 in good yields. These sulfones reacted with alkenes through a radical oxidative cyclization mediated by Mn(OAc)3. Dihydrofurans 6-10 were obtained in moderate to good yields starting from 1,1-disubstituted alkenes.
