Objective: To analyze contextual relations of health care in the discharge of leprosy.
Method: An analytical, reflexive study based on the theoretical framework of context analysis, elaborated through an integrative review of literature in the databases SCOPUS, PUBMED, LILACS, SCIELO and BDENF, with uncontrolled descriptors Leprosy and Patient Discharge, obtaining 14 publications.
Results: The immediate context addresses health care at discharge in leprosy; the specific context treats leprosy as a public health problem; the symbolic conceptions and marks involving leprosy are encompassed by the general context; and in the metacontext are described the health programs and policies that subsidize the care of leprosy patients.
Objective: To analyze the conceptions of the nursing professionals working in Basic Health Units regarding the detection and prevention of violence against the elderly.
Methods: Descriptive, exploratory, qualitative study. Performed in two BHUs in Mossoró/RN, using a semi-structured interview script, from March to August of 2013.

A bibliographical survey was held from December 2015 to January 2016 using the following bases: SCOPUS, CINAHL, PubMed, LILACS, SCIELO and BDENF, by use of the descriptors "Leprosy" and "Patient Discharge", resulting in 13 studies.
Objective: To elicit the social representations of the elderly regarding integrative community therapy (ICT).
Method: This is an exploratory study conducted with 273 elderly people in a municipality of northeastern Brazil, in 2014. It is based on the theory of social representations and the free-association test for the inductor term "integrative community therapy".
Objective: To identify the clinical and epidemiological profile of patients under treatment for leprosy-related reactions.
Method: This is a descriptive, cross-sectional and quantitative study, conducted from October 2013 to April 2014 with 61 individuals in a reference center in the Brazilian northeast region. The statistical test used considered a significance level of 0,05.
This study with a qualitative approach aims to apprehend the social representation and disciplinary practices in Mental Health subject regarding the therapeutic role of the nursing students in the attention of adult into the Context of Enlarged Clinic held in the Day-Hospital Dr. Elger Nunes, Natal/RN. A total of 42 case studies were analyzed and formatted in corpus and based on the ALCESTE software.

In the decade of 1990, the control for the disease was descentralized from the state to the municipality level. A northeastern state in Brazil implemented a series of training programs for health professionals in primary attention.
