Taxanes are antineoplastic drugs that can cause dermatotoxicity which can mimic an intraepidermal carcinoma. A 65-year-old woman presented with a cutaneous eruption suggestive of a paraneoplastic syndrome. Imaging studies showed multiple peritoneal nodules and associated ascites.
