Background: Job syndrome is a disease of autosomal dominant hyper-IgE syndrome (AD-HIES). Patients harboring STAT3 mutation are particularly prone to airway remodeling and airway infections.
Objectives: Airway epithelial cells play a central role as the first line of defense against pathogenic infection and express high levels of STAT3.

T cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (T-NHLs) are aggressive malignancies which have a high risk of life-threatening complications. However, their prognosis in the intensive care unit (ICU) setting has not yet been assessed. We conducted a study including 87 ICU patients either with newly diagnosed T-NHLs or those undergoing first-line therapy admitted between January 1, 2000, and December 31, 2014.
