Background: The primary treatment for lower-extremity peripheral arterial occlusive disease (PAOD) is angioplasty stenting. Its main complication is in-stent restenosis. Poor selection of stent dimensions has been identified as a factor contributing to early in-stent restenosis.

Our objective is to report the results of our experience.
Methods: Between November 2012 and November 2017, all the patients treated according to this method in our center were collected retrospectively. The surgical indications were an insufficient maturation of the AVF, an increase in the venous pressure, an inadequate outflow, difficulties in puncture, a prolonged bleeding time, a flow drop, or an aneurysmal evolution.
Background: Any obstacle in the contralateral artery has long been considered a high risk for carotid surgery. Here, we report the results of a monocentric, continuous, consecutive, prospective series and present a review of the literature.
Methods: All carotid endarterectomies performed under locoregional anesthesia in our department between 2003 and 2010 were recorded in a prospective database (n = 1,212).
The celiac trunk and the mesenteric arteries may present variations with different clinical significance. A celiacomesenteric trunk was discovered in a patient with mesenteric ischemia and a history of aortic bypass without inferior mesenteric artery reimplantation. Despite thrombectomies and digestive resections, the patient died.
