Purpose The purpose of this study was to evaluate the ability of a Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT) to provide academic answers to frequently asked questions using a comparison with Google web search FAQs and answers. This study attempted to determine what patients ask on Google and ChatGPT and whether ChatGPT and Google provide factual information for patients about arthroscopic meniscus repair. Method A cleanly installed Google Chrome browser and ChatGPT were used to ensure no individual cookies, browsing history, other side data, or sponsored sites.

Although previous studies have documented bone metastases mainly in the pelvis, spine, ribs, and femur, this case report presents the first recorded instance of metastasis occurring in the acromioclavicular joint. A 62-year-old woman with a history of left flank pain and macroscopic hematuria underwent a left nephroureterectomy, which revealed ureteral papillary carcinoma.

The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the effect of coracoplasty on the severity of anterior shoulder pain and the strength of the subscapularis muscle and to correlate it with the preoperative and postoperative coracohumeral distance (CHD) (t:transverse, s:sagittal). Sixteen patients without any subscapularis tendon tears who underwent arthroscopic subcoracoid decompression and rotator cuff repair with 2 years follow-up were included.

Methods: Thirteen patients with anterior shoulder instability and engaging Hill-Sachs lesion were reviewed after arthroscopic reconstruction of the anterior glenoid with iliac crest autogenous graft. Patient satisfaction and Western Ontario İnstability Score (WOSI) were evaluated on clinical examination.
