A retrospective analysis of the relation of relapses and anaemias to the frequency of micronucleated erythroblasts in bone marrow smear in 140 children with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia after BFM and Memphis schemes of therapy was carried out. The anaemias correlated with the frequency of micronucleated erythroblasts in statistically significant manner. Correlation concerning relapses, was not shown.
