[ acupotomy for knee osteoarthritis: a randomized controlled trial].

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupotomy (acupotomy for regulating and harmonizing and ) for knee osteoarthritis (KOA).

Methods: A total of 88 patients with KOA were randomized into a acupotomy group and a sham-acupotomy group, 44 cases in each group. In the acupotomy group, acupotomy was applied at side (4-5 high stress points i.
